Zippey is manufactured from high-spec 4mm aluminum plate, has a forged Aluminium gate and Stainless Steel wheels; all of which offer the best weight to performance ratio on the market.

Max Recommended Speed 64mph/103kph

It is essential to select a trolley which will be appropriate for the intended speed of the zipline. Please see the speed ranges noted above. We also recommend that builders/operators trial a small number of trolleys in order to ensure their suitability.

Please note that the speeds listed above are used as a guideline only, due to the many variables.
