Description

• Mobile fall arrester for rope:
  - Stops falls and uncontrolled descents that exceed two meters per second
  - Blocks on the rope even if grabbed during the fall
  - Works on vertical, horizontal, or angled rope
  - Compatible with ropes 10 to 13 mm in diameter
  - Toothed wheel is effective on a variety of rope conditions, such as frozen or dirty ropes
  

• Compact and easy to use:
  - Easy to install and remove at any point on the rope
  - Moves up or down the rope without any manual operation
  

• Use in combination with:
  - ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 energy absorber, for use with a person weighing up to 140 kg
  - ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, for use in two-person rescue scenarios, up to 250 kg
  

• The ASAP can be used as a primary belay device in a fall-arrest system or as a back-up belay in a rope access system
  

• The ASAP is also available in pre-assembled kits for a ready-to-use solution, with ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorbers and OK TRIACT-LOCK or Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK connectors

• CE EN 353-2 when used with an ASAP’SORBER 20/40 or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, an AXIS 11 mm rope with two sewn terminations and an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner

• ANSI Z359.15 when used with an ASAP’SORBER 20/40 or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, a BEAM 11 mm rope with two sewn terminations and a Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK carabiner
